We have been members of the Living Longer Living Stronger exercise sessions at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup for over 11 years. We have experienced many professional Exercise Physiologists during this time, but we regard Kelly to be amongst the best.
Kelly is approachable and was always willing to research any particular problem we had and give us written instructions on exercises to do at home or whilst away to help overcome them.
